Get your home ready to sell in one hour!
- Make the beds
- Grab a basket and put personal items of clutter in your car
- Make sure the bathroom towels are clean, straightened and match
- Wipe down toilets and put the lids down
- Wipe down all counter tops and sinks
- Open all blinds & turn on all the lights in the house
- Make sure the house temperature is comfortable
- Make sure the house smells good, but don’t over do the air freshener
- Vacuum all carpeted areas, sweep all surfaces

- Sweep the front doorway and wipe off the mat

Exterior:
- Keep the lawn fresh and clean at all times. Curb appeal is everything
- Trim hedges, weed flower beds, and prune trees if needed.
- Check the foundation, steps, walkways, walls, and patios for cracks.
- Inspect doors for peeling paint, easy to open, close, and lock.
- Pressure wash if necessary.
- Repair and replace loose or damaged roof shingles.
- Repair and repaint loose siding and caulking.
- Keep your garage door closed.
Interior:
- Spring clean every room and remove clutter. This alone will make your house appear larger, brighter and welcoming.
- Box up everything you don’t use on a daily basis. Store in 1 room.
- Remove items from kitchen & bathroom countertops, tub surrounds & showers.
- Remove all personal photos from the fridge and walls, patch holes if necessary
- A fresh coat of paint changes everything. It makes the home feel like new again. Light colors are recommended.
- Check and repair cracks, leaks and signs of dampness in the wet areas around plumbing, doors, and windows.
- Change all light bulbs to the same color. Bright white or daylight is highly recommended
