Colchester is best known for it’s many boating clubs and marinas in Malletts Bay. However, it is also home to a summer favorite among locals and tourists alike, the well traveled Colchester Causeway and Island Line Trail that connects the Lake Champlain Islands to neighborhoods as far south as Vermont National Country Club. Colchester offers wonderful opportunities to get outside whether walking the trails at Rossetti Natural Area, bird watching at Delta Park or exploring Niquette Bay State Park.
