We asked David what he loves most about being a Realtor and he said, “The pure joy and excitement on a buyer’s face on the day of closing.” He did mention that he truly loves the whole process. From sitting down with buyers, educating them about the real estate market, to taking them on their first showing, to finding that dream home, it is an honor to be part of such a meaningful event in a person’s life.
A friend once told David that he thought he would be good at real estate and that is how he started his career. While it may be because of that friend that David got started, he says the key to a successful career is a supportive and amazing team to work with, which is why he’s found his home at Nancy Jenkins Real Estate for the last 13 years.
If David isn’t working with buyers, you can find him sailing Lake Champlain in the summer. If you ever are in need of lakefront property, David has a wealth of knowledge! Winters you can likely find him renovating his Charlotte home.
