The situation continues to develop with regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). All of us at Nancy Jenkins Real Estate are taking steps to continue providing you with the full spectrum of real estate services while keeping vigilant about health, with the goal of having everyone feel as safe as possible. We know that buying and selling a home or property can be stressful, and we have instituted new procedures to address the Coronavirus and want you to know that we are here to help during this challenging period.
Health and safety are our highest priority. We are uniquely set up to give you access to the homes we have listed with our 3D Matterport tours. All of all of our homes have this special photography that allows buyers to both walk through the home at their own pace and look closely at details virtually. The Matterport also gives you the option to look at homes both as floorplan view or dollhouse view. This gives a good understanding of the flow and spaces within the home. We are implementing and modifying policies of interaction both for within our office and in the marketplace and we are changing business practices as we learn more. We are following the CDC and the State of Vermont directions and policies. We will be utilizing phone and Internet communication as much as possible to help protect all parties. We have new showing procedures and also new technology to assist showings. Contracts and paperwork can all be signed digitally, which has been our practice and is a great resource now.
